I want to be your next Real Estate Agent. I feel like I was born to help others with their property needs. I have been doing this forever even before I became a Real Estate Agent. What I am going to do is list some qualifications that I believe make me a perfect choice to be your next Real Estate Agent. When you sign that listing agreement with me this is what you are going to get.
I WILL BECOME YOUR HOMES CHAMPION. What that means is I will do whatever it takes to my best ability to make sure you get the best deal for your home. I will use every available resource I have to make your home as salable as possible. I have a degree in interior design with a very good eye, this will help make your home very appealing to possible buyers. I will put in the hours, working late and long days is not new to me, and actually something that gives me pride. I will also have my personal cell phone number on your for sale sign. I know that most buyers are able to go house hunting after office hours, I will be able to be contacted at anytime to answer questions and help along the sell of your home.
ATTRACTING BUYERS. I can promote your home in many ways, I will write you a very compelling add to place online. I have a network of other realtors that I work very well with to promote your home to their buyers. Of course I have access to the MLS, this allows to put your home in a nationwide system for all realtors to see.
PRESENTING YOUR HOME FOR SALE. You have decorated and furnished your home just the way you wanted. Which is great however, your tastes may not appeal to a wider audience. Drawing from my interior design experience I will give your house just the right touches to show off its unique qualities. I excel in helping you present your home in a way that makes it appealing and will draw potential buyers in to view.
LEGALITIES. A mishandled document can ruin a sale or lead to legal action. I have the experience to recognize potential hurtles early and the resources to help you find solutions to get the process back on track quickly.
KNOWING THE MARKET. I spend hours looking at properties and have lived in this area all my life, with my knowledge i will be able to help come up with the value of your property and I will make sure you get the best deal possible for your home in today's market. I may even tell you to wait to sell.
NEGOTIATING THE DEAL. Making and closing the deal is very important when selling your home. You have an emotional attachment to your home, as you should. The buyer does not have one as of yet. Sometimes emotions run high during this part of the sale. I have the experience to smooth things over and the ability to show the value of your home to others in different ways. I will do my best to get you the most amount of money possible for your home.
